About our Walking Club

  • EASY GOING

    We are a friendly group of walkers who enjoy the fresh air and scenic countryside whilst among friends old and new.

  • NOTHING TOO STRENUOUS

    Our group is of mixed ages and abilities and walks are around 8 miles with nothing too strenuous.

  • NON-WALKERS ARE WELCOME

    Non-walkers are very welcome, enjoying trips to tearooms and places of interest.

  • REGULAR BREAKS

    Coffee break and a stop for lunch are a must. While we advise you to bring along a packed lunch and drinks we try always try and include pub visits for toilets and refreshments.

  • REGULAR WALKS

    Our coach leaves at 8 am on the first Sunday of each month from Wood Street, Waterdale (with free Sunday car parking nearby). The cost is £15 per person.
